• What is Novoclimat ?
Novoclimat is a program offered by the Agence de l’Efficacité Énergétique du Québec for the building of new homes with high-performance energy efficiency.  Novoclimat homes are subject to superior construction norms, they are inspected, tested and delivered with a gouvernment certification.  The goals of this program, among others,  is reducing the energy consumption of new homes, improving the comfort of the occupants and insuring clean breathing air.

• Do the prices include GST & PST rebates?
Yes, they are included.  However, for houses in this price range, they are very minimal if not non-existent.

• How much will I be paying in municipal taxes if I purchase one of your houses?
